HOW TO REGISTER TO BE A
REGISTERING TO VOLUNTEER 2. If this is the first time you have registered to volunteer with Cincinnati Habitat, click on the “Register” button. 3. The first step in the registration process involves selecting a user name and password. Continue filling out the fields on the Volunteer Profile. Those fields that are asterisked are required fields. Note
regarding some of the required fields: At this point in the process, it is not necessary to fill out the “Interests and Skills” section of the Profile, though it is very helpful in helping us identify areas where we have an immediate need and might be able to place you.
Building Teams 4. When you have completed the profile, click on the “Register” button at the very bottom of the page. 5. Registration information Added! Click Here to continue. Click on the “Click Here” link and you will proceed to a Broadcast Message. These messages keep volunteers up to date on key information. Once you have read the Broadcast Message, click on the “I have read this message” button. That specific message will never appear for you again. The next time a broadcast message would appear would be if there was new information to share. I’M REGISTERED . . . NOW WHAT Log Off Here!: When ready, simply clicking on this link will log you off of VolunteerUp. My Info: My Info is where you would go to: - Change your profile information
(including adding specific skills or adding yourself to a specific Return to Main Site: Will return you to Cincinnati Habitat’s web site View and Print the Safety Guide, Medical Form and Liability Waiver Sign Up to Work: From any screen (other than the calendar itself), by clicking on the “Return to Calendar” button, you will be returned to the screen to sign up for construction work days.
Note: When navigating through VolunteerUP do NOT use your browser’s “Back” button. Always use VolunteerUp’s “Return” or “Return to Calendar” buttons
