VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Site Hosts needed to welcome and sign in volunteers, collect paperwork, assist with lunch set up and clean up.
Lunch Providers: Habitat for Humanity has a long-standing tradition of providing a meal to those working on the job site, but we need volunteers to provide this service. This is a great opportunity for groups or individuals of all ages! Site Leaders: Cincinnati Habitat is seeking team builders who have a passion for the mission of Habitat and are available Saturdays. The ideal candidate should have a background in residential construction (carpentry) and be able to lead groups of up to 20 volunteers. If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator (pdempster@cincinnati-habitat.org). |
Evan (5) and Riley (9) Taylor take cookies to the Shalom group building on Lincoln. In addition to the cookies, the children brought $200 they had received for their birthdays. The children asked to receive the money in lieu of gifts so that they could help a family in need of housing.
